Wellbeing Workshops

Mental health and self care

We deliver trauma-informed workshops for young people aged 12-17 on the following topics:

  • Introduction to mental illness and maintaining wellness.

  • Gratttude and empathy.

  • Mindfulness and self care.

  • Supporting ourselves and others (including where to get help).

Drumming for wellbeing

Based on the principles of drumbeat, we offer the following group workshops, as a one off or over a period of 8-10 weeks. These are suitable for young people aged 6 years+:

  • Team building

  • Drumming for self-regulation and wellbeing

Adventure Mentoring

Designed for the active and experiential learners, one on one mentoring includes a challenging adventure-based activity including:

  • Hiking

  • Cycling

  • Skating

  • Bike building/repairs
