Wellbeing Workshops
Mental health and self care
We deliver trauma-informed workshops for young people aged 12-17 on the following topics:
Introduction to mental illness and maintaining wellness.
Gratttude and empathy.
Mindfulness and self care.
Supporting ourselves and others (including where to get help).


Drumming for wellbeing
Based on the principles of drumbeat, we offer the following group workshops, as a one off or over a period of 8-10 weeks. These are suitable for young people aged 6 years+:
Team building
Drumming for self-regulation and wellbeing


Adventure Mentoring
Designed for the active and experiential learners, one on one mentoring includes a challenging adventure-based activity including:
Hiking
Cycling
Skating
Bike building/repairs
