Who Are We?

The Mindful Project was born out of a desire to improve mental health, body image and resilience in young people across Darwin and the Northern Territory. We witnessed a lack of holistic and evidence-based services and programs, a lack of diversity and lack of variety across programs. We are passionate about mental wellbeing with a focus on prevention and harm reduction. We work within a trauma-informed lens and are neuro-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Our vision

We seek to normalise mental health conversations, challenges and help-seeking. We value holistic wellbeing; understanding the connection between mental health and physical health.
